Display-window applications

We collect the brand name, contact name, email address, optional website or portfolio, category and collection description you submit. The owner uses these details to review your proposal, respond to you and manage an approved display-window arrangement. Applications are stored in our Cloudflare database and are available through the private owner dashboard.

We publish a window’s brand name, reviewed presentation, image and optional collection link only after owner approval. Your application email and contact name are not included in the public window gallery. Applying does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Shopping and billing

Item purchasing is not open yet. When purchases open, Shopify will process checkout and orders. Approved display-window subscriptions will use Stripe. Information needed for those transactions is handled by the relevant provider; payment-card details are entered into its secure checkout and are not stored in our website database.

For window subscriptions, we store the agreed monthly price, billing status and Stripe customer, subscription and checkout references so we can manage access and let you reach the billing portal. When you agree to a rental offer, we also record the terms version and address, recurring amount, agreement wording and time of acceptance. These records remain private and help us manage billing questions and disputes. Live rental billing is not open yet.

Browser storage and site security

Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser’s local storage. Owner sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. We do not use advertising cookies or require an OpenAI visitor account.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Requests contain technical information such as an IP address. Our application rate limiter stores a short-lived hash derived from the request address, request type and minute; these entries expire after two minutes and are removed during scheduled cleanup.

Our service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and application storage, Shopify for item commerce, and Stripe for window billing. Their own privacy notices describe their processing: Cloudflare, Shopify and Stripe.

Questions and requests

Email our support address to request access, correction or removal of your application information. Include enough information to identify the application, but do not send passwords, payment-card details or banking information. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for an active agreement, billing, a dispute or applicable obligations.

We keep application information for review and any resulting commercial relationship. Contact us if you withdraw an application or no longer want us to consider it.
